We are thrilled to collaborate with our friends at Dancing Goat Distillery for an incredible cocktail-paired dinner. Chef Fredo has created a very special 3-course dinner that will be paired with cocktails using different Dancing Goat spirits.
Throughout the dinner, we will be walking you through the different spirits, along with a little history of the distillery.
Add on a bottle of Dancing Goat or a Limosin Rye Glencairn glass to take home with you after dinner! These make great gifts for the holidays!

Welcome Cocktail: Winter Spiced Cranberry Gin Punch - Made with Death's Door Gin
1st Course: Baked Brie
Creamy, melted brie cheese served with crostini and fresh fruit.
Paired with: Honey Fig Old Fashioned - Made with Beren's Brandy
2nd Course: Smoked Roasted Chicken
Rosemary roasted chicken with garlic marshed potatoes, Cremini mushroom sauce, and garlic green beans.
Paired with: Spiced Apple Whiskey Sour - Made with Limosin Rye Whiskey
**Vegetarian Option: Maple Glazed Roasted Vegetables - please select vegetarian meal when ordering tickets.
Maple bourbon glaze, roasted vegetables on a bed of quinoa, fresh shaved parmesan cheese and fine herbs.
3rd Course: Pot de Crème
A silky, smooth baked custard topped with fresh whipped cream and shaved chocolate, served with a gingerbread man cookie.
